For a few days we are having a lot of trouble getting the earnings to load.
We need to view them, to match the bank receipts with the bookings, but the last few days there seems a problem with the screen. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it does not.
Yes mine has been glitchy …
Do you have multiple listings? If so, you must choose one of the listings on the new Ratings page FIRST (it’s a dropdown menu right below the big text), then go to the Earnings, Views or Standards pages. Once you are in those pages, you can switch between listings in the dropdown box. This was making me nuts, nothing was showing up!
